Our goal at Cocoa West is to influence future generations of Chocolatiers to act ethically towards all stakeholders without compromising the art, the design or the taste of chocolate.
Our Mission
We at Cocoa West value the importance of quality ingredients and want our chocolates to reflect this. All of our chocolate truffles and hot chocolates are fair trade, organic and seasonal and therefor fresh. In order to provide a superior product to our customers, we do not believe in adding preservatives. All of our chocolates and hot chocolates are made in small batches by our Maitre Chocolatier and her assistants, ensuring a consistent, quality product - everytime.
