We produce handcrafted, organic and fair trade chocolate truffles, gelato and hot chocolate using hand selected ingredients. Serving both retail and wholesale markets as well as corporate events and weddings, we always meet our customer's needs and wants. Our boutique accommodations, known as the chocolate suite, is located in our traditional European-style shophouse. This luxurious retreat is under the same roof as where the chocolate magic happens and steps out into the funky artisan square.

I was treated so rudely during my visit to your store yesterday, i would never recommend or return to this establishment
ReplyDeleteI was a customer in your location yesterday with my three young kids and mother. We came to Bowen Island for the day and ended up in your store for an ice cream treat. I wanted to let you know how rude your staff member was to us as customers while we were there. It was a young lady, brown hair, i would guess in her early 20's if i was to describe her. First she scolded my 5 year old daughter about not saying please yet she was not using any manners as far as responding to our please with a "your welcome" or even a simple smile! When we used your washroom there was no toilet paper so i let her know and her reply was "well did you check in the cabinet in there?"...why would i know to do that? very rude. Also as we were talking outside the store she SLAMMED shut the door, i can only assume in response to our laughter and talking as it was a very hot day....
ReplyDeleteI noticed your award for being an outstanding restaurant that was on the wall and thought...maybe, whomever owned this popular little store might want to know how their customers were being treated. Either way because of that service and unbeliebaly rude treatment we would never return
I'm very sorry to hear about this. There's no reason for any of our staff to be rude and I sincerely apologize. I don't like anyone to come away from a visit to our shop with a bad memory.
